Easter basket Target run…

If you’ve been following me for a bit, you know that I LOVE to pre-plan things. Whether it’s birthday gifts, events, travel, you name it, I write my to-do lists first and pre-plan, as I like to call it, way before I begin strategizing on where to shop, what items to purchase, or begin searching kid-friendly travel destinations. With Easter being right around the corner I’m beginning my pre-planning stage.

I’ve made it a tradition that every year for Easter, I’m going to put together a fun yet semi-educational Easter basket together for my daughter. This year I’m going to focus on the more hands-on type of activities that my daughter could do and enjoy as she just turned 2 last November. This is such a fun and enjoyable stage, the Terrific Twos! Yes, I call it the Terrific Twos.

Stores, like Target, have already begun displaying all things Easter which is a reminder for me to begin jotting gift ideas down! This year I decided to go with a non-traditional Easter basket as I was wanting something that we could use at home. I found the cutest wired basket that will not only be a cute egg basket, but also a basket to use in Emma’s room to store toys.

This is such a cute, simple, and timeless basket that you could use for your kid’s Easter basket one day then turn around and use it as a storage basket the next! I love finding multi-purpose items for the household!

Also, if you haven’t purchased the Crayola Mess-Free product line….it’s a must! I love how your kids and household items don’t get messy! Long are the days of your kids scribbling all over your house with markers. This product for me was a lifesaver for us!
